Amazing breakfast with the same great view, combined with an incredible service.

A little dated room.

All the personnel was fairly quiet. I greatly enjoyed the superior queen room and all facilities in it: )

Property was ideal for what we needed.

It had great location near to the lake and volcano and the waterfront and the airport at Puerto Montt. All of the staff where consistently courteous, outstandingly accommodating.

the restaurant was good with a view, we ordered hot dishes. the location was marvellous and beautiful and the services were top-notch.

Hotel as a whole is excellent and absolutely charming, I appreciated it.

Everything is great, the room is lovely and warm with the bath as well as huge bathroom. It offers nice service. There's good pool and ample parking. The location is cool and super, relatively near Centro de Arte Molino 

I truly enjoyed being in this place. Had a VERY VERY GOOD stay during my Chilean vacation, everything was very comfortable. The breakfasts were enjoyable and super with freshly squeezed orange and pastries and good options and

The hotel with spacious rooms, in a comfortable area, to the business center. Consistently courteous staff, top-notchservices, including a huge variety of excellent delicacies. Nice building and rooms with fantastic view. Comfortable design. Great way to end our trip.  

Great and stunning location with free parking and short walk to the major sites, Puerto Varas, Puerto Montt area, and the restaurant, the front desk and housekeeping. Top-notch service, lovely and outstanding breakfast.  

Had very good stay on vacation and the weather was lovely. The location was unbeatable and nice - ease of access to Al Sur. This was my 2nd stay, they offered superior double room with a nice view. The bar had a wide 

Wonderful and lovely breakfast with the same great view. Spacious room with a nice view, massive windows and a jacuzzi. Excellent location in a really beautiful area close to the lake, a hill overlooking the lake and Puerto Varas proper.
